ED ring is an elastomer seal used as an axial static seal. It is used in threaded orifice and screw end. The section is almost constant under high pressure.Compared with the general O-ring, it has the following advantages:

The mechanical deformation of the cross section is small, there is no relative movement during the pressure cycle, the sealing performance is excellent for a long time, the working pressure can reach 60Mpa.

 

Advantages of ED circle:

High temperature resistance, oil resistance, drug resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance, chemical solvent resistance, smolder, excellent air tightness, chemical resistance is known.Apply to weak acids and bases.

 

Faults of ED circle:Non - resistant to ketones, lipids and nitrates;

Temperature of ED ring: -40~240℃, commonly used -20~220℃;

Hardness of ED ring: A50-90 degrees 75 degrees commonly used;

ED ring color: brown, black, secondary green (same performance).
