FEP/PFA Encapsulated O-Rings
FEP/PFA Encapsulated O-Rings combine the elasticity and stability of elastomer cores (such as silicone or FKM) with the chemical resistance of fluoropolymer (FEP/PFA) coatings. The elastomer core provides essential mechanical properties, while the seamless FEP/PFA encapsulation ensures reliable sealing and high resistance to corrosive media. These O-Rings are designed for low-pressure static or slow-moving dynamic applications and are best suited for non-abrasive contact surfaces and media. They require low assembly forces and limited elongation, ensuring easy installation and long-term performance. This makes them ideal for industries requiring high chemical resistance and purity, such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, and semiconductor manufacturing.
ED Rings
ED ring is a high-performance sealing element, widely used in the sealing of pneumatic and hydraulic joints such as pipe joints, hydraulic plugs, transition joints, and also suitable for threaded oil ports and screw ends. It is mainly used for static shaft sealing. Even under high pressure, its cross-sectional shape can remain stable, and the sealing effect is better than that of traditional O-rings. ED rings are made of high-quality materials, among which nitrile rubber (NBR) is suitable for the temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃, while fluororubber (FKM) is suitable for the temperature range of -20℃ to 200℃. ED rings are wear-resistant, high-pressure-resistant, oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant. In addition, its advantages include high mechanical stability, good pressure adaptability, long-lasting sealing performance and high-pressure tolerance up to 60MPa.
PTFE Back-up Rings
PTFE Back-up Rings are essential components in high-pressure sealing systems, designed to reinforce primary seals like O-rings and prevent extrusion under extreme mechanical stress. Engineered from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), these rings exhibit exceptional chemical inertness, resisting virtually all aggressive media including strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and corrosive gases. Their ultra-low friction coefficient and outstanding dimensional stability enable reliable performance in dynamic applications with temperatures ranging from -200°C to +260°C. The material's high compressive strength and non-deformable characteristics ensure optimal load distribution, effectively protecting elastomeric seals from blow-out or damage during pressure fluctuations. With inherent non-stick properties and FDA/USP Class VI compliance where required, PTFE Back-up Rings are widely utilized in critical industries such as oil and gas wellhead equipment, chemical processing reactors, hydraulic systems, and pharmaceutical machinery demanding contamination-free operation. Their combination of chemical imperviousness and mechanical resilience makes them indispensable for maintaining seal integrity in harsh operating environments.
Piston Rings
Piston Rings are essential components in the engines of various vehicles and machinery. They are designed to create a tight seal within the cylinder, which is crucial for the efficient compression and combustion of fuel. These rings are typically made from materials that offer a balance of durability and flexibility, ensuring they can withstand the high pressures and temperatures inside the engine while maintaining a precise fit.
The primary function of Piston Rings is to control the movement of gases and prevent the leakage of combustion gases past the piston into the crankcase. They also help in the distribution of lubricating oil across the cylinder walls, which is vital for reducing friction and wear. Piston Rings are available in different designs and materials to suit specific engine types and operating conditions, making them a critical part of the engine's overall performance and longevity.
Polyurethane(PU) Bearing Wheel
Polyurethane (PU) Bearing Wheels are designed for applications requiring durable, low-maintenance components. These wheels feature a robust polyurethane outer layer that provides excellent wear resistance and a smooth operation. The integration of a bearing within the wheel allows for reduced friction and easier movement, making them ideal for conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and other industrial machinery. PU Bearing Wheels are known for their ability to withstand heavy loads and harsh environments, offering a reliable solution for various motion applications.
Silicone O-rings
Silicone O-Rings are made from silicone rubber, a material known for its flexibility and resilience. These O-Rings are particularly useful in applications requiring resistance to extreme temperatures, ranging from -70°C to +220°C, and exposure to weather elements, making them ideal for outdoor equipment and automotive use. They also exhibit excellent resistance to ozone, UV light, and various chemicals, which extends their service life in diverse environments. Silicone O-Rings are commonly used in sealing applications within the medical, food processing, and aerospace industries due to their non-toxicity and FDA compliance. Their ability to maintain a tight seal in both static and dynamic conditions ensures reliable performance across a broad spectrum of uses.
Butterfly Valve Gasket
Butterfly Valve Gaskets are critical components in pipeline valves, designed to provide a secure seal and prevent fluid leakage. Made from durable materials like EPDM or Viton, these gaskets are engineered to withstand a variety of chemicals and temperatures, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. Their compatibility with different valve sizes and shapes makes them versatile for industrial and commercial applications. Butterfly Valve Gaskets play an essential role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of fluid control systems in pipelines.
